tour-o-the classroom

I thought I'd give a little glimpse into my daily world- here's my classroom! Welcome! The view from my desk is quite exciting. Kind of boring with no kiddos! I get coffee in that mug almost every morning. :)
I LOVE that I have two windows, and they are almost always open.
And here I am so excited to be sitting at my desk and getting to work! :) Looks like it could use some work!
Just so you know, my hair IS GROWING! Getting longer by the day, I tell you!

i love how entirely excited you are in each and every one of these pictures!!

good job.

guess what?! remember my woes of the red glaze turning black? well, i had opened the kiln before i left yesterday to see that they were black (hence the woes). but upon returning this morning, they were magically all red!!!
hurray!
i think opening the kiln got them the oxygen they needed to do whatever it is they do in order to turn red...
just wanted to share my happy thing for the day :-)

i hope YOU're having a good day!!
i love you!

Why yes I did notice that we both have the same amazing taste in backgrounds! I leave May 5th, it's just around the corner! I am so stinkin excited. You must give me your address so I can add you to my snail mail list for postcards.

Pretty cool! The room seems chock full of fun and information. I can just picture you excitedly filling those papers with facts and figures! I'm sure I'm not the first to notice that some of the papers cover up all of the poster behind them except the letters "bs" ? Must be "verbs" or "adverbs" or "suburbs" or "rhubarbs" back there...

Wow okay I want to come be in your class! :) Heheh. And in reference to Kate's comment, it's true your teeth do look beautiful... Have you been using Crest White Strips?!

Okay, I laughed really hard at your post! Especially at your amazingly happy face, the joys of long hair, and knowing you were using my camera! Love you dearly!
